About Me

You know your body best. Tell me what you need help with and I will listen. I use a gentle pressure to unwind stiff muscles, old patterns of holding (body armor), and overwhelmed nervous systems. If massage has left you bruised, sore, or sick afterward, your body was overstimulated and your needs were not heard. Instead, you should feel relieved and lighter afterward, so that your body can continue relaxing as you go out into your day. The lessening of pain, anxiety and tension is our goal and outcome.
